Warranty periods

• SFP / SFP+ / QSFP modules and DAC cables: 3 years
• UPS batteries: 1 year
• Switch power supplies: 1 year
• Network surge protectors: 1 year
• Classroom equipment (TVs, laptops, tablets, phone stands): 1 year
• Refurbished education computers (ChromeOS Flex): 1 year

A replacement unit, with no wait for a repair

If a part does not work with the equipment you specified when ordering, message us on LINE with the device model and the output of a diagnostic command (show interface transceiver, for example). We send you a replacement unit first, at our cost for delivery within Thailand, and collect the original afterwards.

Not covered

• Physical damage, water ingress or power surges
• Use outside the intended type, such as an SR module on single-mode fiber
• Batteries operated continuously above 40 °C
