Gigabit Network + Power 2-in-1 Surge Protector for Cameras

PF-SPD-2IN1-GE protects the two cables that run to an outdoor camera — the Gigabit LAN cable and the power cable — in one aluminium box. Lightning striking near a pole or a building induces a surge in every long cable, and a camera fed by a separate power adapter can be destroyed through either one; this unit puts a protector on both, with a single ground terminal.

The network side passes 10/100/1000 Mbps through RJ45 in and out. The power side is made for one supply voltage: 12 V DC, 24 V AC/DC or 220 V AC, so tell us which one your cameras use when you order. Each side is rated 5 kA nominal and 10 kA maximum discharge current (8/20 µs). Mount it in the pole box next to the camera and connect the ground terminal to a real earth — without a ground connection a surge protector cannot divert anything.
